Program description

Pro-Tech Spraying Service, LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) offers an SMS program for customer-account communications. After you opt in, you may receive text messages about:

• Appointment scheduling, confirmations, reminders, and follow-ups for lawn care, tree care, and vegetation management services

• Account and service updates

• Responses to questions you send us

• Other messages related to serving your account

This program is operated by Pro-Tech Spraying Service, LLC, Cimarron, Kansas.

You can opt in by providing your mobile number and consent on our website, on a paper form, in person, or by another method we describe at the time of signup. Consent is not required to purchase goods or services from us.

 

Message frequency

Message frequency varies based on your appointments, account activity, and requests. You may receive recurring messages.

 

Message and data rates

Message and data rates may apply. Check your wireless plan. We do not charge for the texts themselves; your carrier may.

 

Cost

The program is free from us. Standard message and data rates from your carrier may apply.

 

Supported carriers

The program should work with major U.S. carriers. Availability can depend on your carrier and device.

Carriers are not liable for any delayed or undelivered messages.

 

Opt-out instructions

To cancel, text STOP to the number from which you received our messages. You may also text STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT.

After you text STOP, we will send one confirmation and then stop the program messages. If you want messages again later, you will need to opt in again.

Eligibility

You must be 18 or older and the account holder for the mobile number, or have the account holder’s permission, to opt in.

 

Changes

We may change these Terms. The “Last Updated” date will change when we do. If we make material changes to the SMS program, we will provide notice as required. Continued participation after an update means you accept the revised Terms.

 

Limitation of liability for messaging

We are not responsible for messages that are delayed, undelivered, or not received because of carrier issues, device settings, or events outside our reasonable control.

Carriers are not liable for any delayed or undelivered messages.
