• We do not sell, rent, trade, or buy mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in data, or text-messaging consent.

• We do not share mobile information or opt-in consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.

• Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are used only to send messages for our own program and to honor STOP and HELP requests.

• We may use vendors that transmit messages or provide customer support for us. They may not use your mobile information for their own marketing.

4. How we share information

We may share personal information with:

• Service providers who help us run the business (scheduling software, payment processors, website hosts, SMS platform), only to perform work for us

• Professional advisors (accountants, attorneys, insurers)

• Authorities when required by law or to protect rights and safety

• A successor if we merge, sell, or transfer the business, subject to this Policy

We do not sell personal information. We do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

SMS exception: Mobile numbers and text-messaging opt-in data and consent are excluded from the sharing above except as needed for vendors that transmit or support our messages. That information will not be shared with any third parties for marketing or promotional purposes.
